Return Period

Eligible Returns

A return may be accepted when:

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, products should generally be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

For an approved eligible return, RasoiPlus will provide free return shipping where applicable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the processing time of the relevant bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, return, or another appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation may not be possible after the order has been processed or shipped.
